    Welcome to Olmsted, a neighborhood restaurant by Chef Greg Baxtrom, an alum of Alinea and Per Se. Nestled in the heart of Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, we focus on seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes, highlighting fresh produce from local farmers' markets.

    The restaurant’s name is inspired by Frederick Law Olmsted, the renowned landscape architect behind many urban parks, including nearby Prospect Park. 

    Join us for a snack in the garden or enjoy dinner in our dining room alongside a lush living wall.
